Mini Cheesecakes
I am only giving this 4 stars mostly because I changed it up a bit. Otherwise it deserves 5!! I dont like vanilla wafers so I used Graham crumbs and butter (just followed the directions on the box) and pressed it into the muffin cups. Then used the cheesecake recipe provided to fill them. I followed others reviews and chilled them in the freezer prior to removing the cupcake wrappers. Then filled half with pureed frozen raspberries with some sugar and drizzled melted semi-sweet chocolate over all of the them. OH MY!! They are amazing:) And they are such a cute size for get togethers or whatever.

Sweet Dinner Rolls
Wow! I love making bread but rolls always seem to be a little harder to do. Maybe because I want them to have a fluffier texture than bread, which I like a little on the dense side. These were super easy! I made them for the first time on Turkey day for a dinner I didnt know we were going to until that morning and they were raved about:) I made them without a breadmachine and did find they did a little better if I let the yeast proof in the milk and water. Also it took a little bit more flour than the recipe called for to get that nice smooth texture. I have made 6 batches in 2 weeks:D It is now my go to roll recipe:)

Jerre's Black Bean and Pork Tenderloin Slow Cooker Chili
This was amazing!! I did substitute a can of corn for one of the black beans because I love corn in my chili:) and had fresh cilantro, shredded cheese and sour cream for garnish. This was such a hit with my hubby he asked me to make it to take on his annual hunting trip! Very high praise for him:D
