This is fantastic! I listened to the previous suggestions and used a cheaper cut (only $1.59/#)! I used 2.5 lbs of meat and 16 oz. of broth, and cooked in crock-pot for 6 hrs on low. Then I shredded the meat (very tender and easy), and to keep the heat out of my kitchen in the summer, I mixed in the 1/2 jar of BBQ sauce and returned to the slow cooker for another 45 min. Turned out great, and everyone raved about it!
