BBQ Pork for Sandwiches
This is fantastic! I listened to the previous suggestions and used a cheaper cut (only $1.59/#)! I used 2.5 lbs of meat and 16 oz. of broth, and cooked in crock-pot for 6 hrs on low. Then I shredded the meat (very tender and easy), and to keep the heat out of my kitchen in the summer, I mixed in the 1/2 jar of BBQ sauce and returned to the slow cooker for another 45 min. Turned out great, and everyone raved about it!

Grilled Salmon I
Fantastic recipe! I used olive oil instead of veg. oil for health purposes (and used about 1/2 of what the recipe called for). And thankfully, I only marinated for 20 min. and then saved some of the marinade to brush on while it was cooking. Tasted great! A new favorite!

Alaska Salmon Bake with Pecan Crunch Coating
This was a great and easy recipe! I used store bought honey mustard to make it even easier. Next time I think I will marinate it as was suggested to let the Salmon soak in the flavor. But I will definitely make this again.
