Very good zucchini bread followed recipe exact. Next time will decrease the sugar a bit and add a crumb topping then I think it will be a five star. Will definately be making this one again.

Tater Tot Casserole II

Reviewed: Aug. 31, 2009
this recipe was okay. I added onion, celery, can of green beans and some shredded carrot to the meat mixture. I think it was still too much potatoe. I think next time I will add less amount of tater tots and more cheese on top.

Brownie Caramel Cheesecake

Reviewed: Aug. 30, 2009
This was okay. The center of the brownie was gooey and the caramel layer oozed out. I may try this again using nuts around the edge as someone suggested and maybe using a larger pan so the brownie layer isn't so thick.

Ronaldo's Beef Carnitas

Reviewed: Jul. 2, 2009
Made this with only a few changes used a 2 pound flat chuck roast but same amount of spices and cooked in my slow cooker for 8 hours on low. Awesome the spices were just right and my husband raved about it. The meat would make wonderful beef enchiladas that is my plan for the next time we make it.
