Foolproof Rib Roast
If you want a good rub for this type of meat, of course salt and pepper but instead of garlic powder, us the real thing by making a rosemary and garlic puree and spreading it onto the roast. take garlic and fresh rosemary, place it into any choppy machine not a drink blinder, and then add veg or olive oil to mix everything until its a puree, then rub all over roast.

Best Fried Green Tomatoes
Another way is to place the sliced tomotos into buttermilk first then flour then egg wash then the breading, buttermilk adds moisture for the flour to stick to. Also put S&P into flour not breading.

High-Altitude Angel Food Cake
I live in Wyoming and this was a great, I added some lemon zest and it made the cake even better. I used a butter cream to top it.
