i always love cooking sens i was a young boy. i am the elders in my family. when my mum had to work so some times she has no time to prepare lunch and dinner. so i learn to cook, so i could help her out. so in the age 13, i cooked my first dish. and that was chicken curry, after that more and more dishes. after my studies, i joined the bay view beach resort in penang.and i never stop cooking sens. i love to cook with fruits. done ask me why, i just do. i am a Eurasian, my father is a Portuguese, British and Thai, 3 in 1 combo. my mother is a Indian Malaysian. my fathers brother and sister are married to Malays. so as u can see my family has a wide range when it comes to cooking traditions.O yes, my wife is Spanish Chinese. also Malaysian. need i say more.
