Stuffed Jalapenos III

Reviewed: Oct. 15, 2014
I will make these again, we had a very large peppers from the farmers market. Splitting in half six peppers gave enough for the cream cheese/cheddar cheese and crab meat and cream cheese. The moral of this recipe for us you can stuff j-peppers with anything so long as you use cream cheese and bacon wraps! Fab! Easy!

Apple Chips

Reviewed: Nov. 3, 2013
I tried the recipe, but gave it a twist. I made 2 batches, one with jalapeno and lime seasoning and one with cinnamon, powder vanilla, powder chocolate, and Splenda. I sliced them thick with mandalin, rubbed with coconut oil, before seasoning, sprayed the cookie sheets and baked at 250 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Fantastic! Healthy eating while watching your diet. Steak n Ale Pie

My English husband loved this, we used puff pastry from the freezer, skipped the turnip and did sliced mushrooms. Also, used the worchestershire sauce and diced curly parsley with brown gravy baked for 1 hr. after having an egg comb over the puff pastry. Fantastic....thank you pie man.

Slow Cooker Chicken Cacciatore

Reviewed: Nov. 7, 2010
I used the electric skillet with chicken thighs and added sliced red, yellow, orange sweet peppers. Also, added 1/2 c of white wine and Italian herb spices. I browned the chicken to take the fat off and served it over penne noodles then added the sauce over it. Fantastic! I had sauce left for dipping or bruschetta.
