Clone of a Cinnabon

Reviewed: Jul. 14, 2010
Follow this recipe to a “T” – no need to make substitutions. I have made these cinnamon buns about 6 times now and have never been disappointed. This is also a good recipe for those who have kids that like to help in the kitchen! This is my family’s preferred choice for Christmas morning – and I love that I can do all prep work the night before and simply stick in the oven when ready to bake. Hands down the best cinnamon bun recipe!

Mom's Zucchini Bread

Reviewed: Jul. 14, 2010
This bread is absolutely delish! I made it after reading some of the reviews and followed the ‘healthier’ versions posted – substituting ½ the oil for applesauce, reducing sugar to 2 cups (1 white, 1 brown), and using ½ wheat flour. I also added chopped pecans since that’s what I had on hand. Bread turned out extremely moist! My kids ate about ½ a loaf of this last night and were oblivious to the healthier substitutions I had made. I brought one loaf into work this morning and had 3 coworkers ask for the recipe! Try this recipe – you will not be disappointed!

Thai Red Chicken Curry

Reviewed: Mar. 11, 2009
I love Thai food and decided to try this recipe at home. It was excellent and came together quick enough for a mid-week meal. I followed others suggestions of adding garlic, lime juice, and fish sauce and omitted the cillantro only because I didn't have any on hand. My husband loved this and my kids even ate it! I served over jasmine rice and will definitely be making this again.

Hot Artichoke and Spinach Dip II

Reviewed: Mar. 11, 2009
I've made this hot dip 3 times now and it is absolutely delicious! Simple ingredients, no fail recipe. The only adjustment I made was to double the amount of garlic the last 2 times I made this. I make homemade pita chips to accompany this dip and always get RAVE reviews.
