Spicy Haddock

Hot Spinach Dip

I replaced the mayo with cream cheese (I find mayo to be to grasey) and it was a huge hit!! I also used fresh spinach, dash of garlic.

This was a good base but I had to change a few things. I added shredded carrots and onions and some garlic. Next time I would decrease the soy a bit and add sesame seeds to top it off. But over all a nice change for our broccoli.

Fish Tacos with Honey-Cumin Cilantro Slaw and Chipotle Mayo

I change this up a bit. I use the marinade in the cole slaw, my husband doesn't like mayo so it works out quite nice! I also top it with avacado and chopped red onions! yum-yum!
