A Very Intense Fruit Smoothie
Haha, as my boyfriend says, this smoothie is the bees knees! :) A very, very delicious drink. I did alter the recipe a little though (I usually add my own personal twist to things). I added just a dab of 1% milk and one 6oz container of vanilla yogurt. I will definately make this again! Love it!

Easy Caramelized Onion Pork Chops
This meal is delicious but I altered the recipe a little. After simmering for 20 mins I flipped the chops and seasoned the other side of each. But instead of waiting for the water to evaporate, I uncovered the chops, cooked for an additional 15-20 minutes. Then I removed the pork from the skillet, leaving the onions and remaining water, and put them in a hot plate to keep warm. I raised the heat to med-low and added 1 1/2 tsp of sugar to the remaining onions and water (the sugar cuts back some of the saltyness and turns the water into a glaze-like substance. Continue cooking glaze for a couple of minutes or until reached desired consistancy. Spoon glaze unto chops and serve.

Blueberry Buckle
The only thing I didn't follow exactly on the recipe was that I doubled the toppings. I'm sure it would have been just as good without it, but I have some-what of a sweet tooth so I went for it. Delicious doesn't even begin to describe this cake! The smell while it is baking is so good that we decided we couldn't wait for it to cool completely and ate it warm.
