About this Cook
I am a mother if one little girl. I make decorated cakes for a living. I am a disciple of Jesus. And I love to make things. I get consumed with things that I can make. I love to make beautiful meals that look and taste like we are at the best restaurant in town.
My favorite things to cook
Right now I am excited about different pies and cheesecakes. But I love to cook everything as long as it is really good.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Well, My dad was born in India. So he made Curry a lot. He was a really good cook. He loved to experiment and come up with interesting things. But, I don't really have family cooking traditions. I think I will be the one to start them with my children.
My cooking triumphs
I have come up with some really good recipes that I have written down. I love to share them.
My cooking tragedies
I have had a lot of mess ups but that's the way you learn.

Chicken Tikka Masala
This is fantastic. Of course, without the salt. I used a little garam masala in place of on of the one cumin tsp. I have tried 2 other recipes and this was the best so far.

Basic Crepes
These were great! I made a lot and froze them. They were so tender and flavorful.

Gluten-Free Peanut Butter Cookies
These were really surprising. I made them for a friend who can't eat wheat. I suggest making the balls and then laying them on paper towels to soak up some of the oil. They were more cookie like and less oily.
