Delicious!! Very moist. Not an extremely sweet or chocolatey cake, which I like. The batter was extremely liquidy and was worried when I put it in the oven, but they came out fantastic!

Stuffed Jalapenos III

These were very easy to make. I recommend wearing gloves and making a piping bag out of a zip lock for the cream cheese; it makes it way easier. I added some shredded cheese on top. Next time I will think about adding something to the cream cheese and it was pretty bland. Other than that they were delicious and I would definitely make these again.

Grilled Salmon I

Flavor was pretty good! I marinated for about 4 hours and baked in foil packets. I may have slightly over cooked it because they were a bit dry for me - next time 10 minutes instead of 15. Will definitely make again.

Fresh Broccoli Salad

Very yummy. I didn't really measure anything except the ingredients for the dressing. Next time I will use slightly less sugar otherwise it is VERY sweet and add more bacon (who doesn't like more bacon?).

Three-Berry Lemon Trifle

This was a HUGE hit! I took some advice from the other reviewers and use vanilla yogurt instead of lemon. That definately was a good decision. I could see how using lemon would be overkill. It was definately tart enough without the lemon yogurt. This is definately staying in my repertoire list for potlucks and parties.

Mocha Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins

Not much "mocha" flavor. I doubled the amount of instant coffee - used 2 Tbsp of instant coffee and equal amount of water. The muffin itself was delicious. VERY moist. I would definately make these again.

Blueberry Buckle

The cook time was way off - I baked for 30 minutes and it was still raw and runny in the middle. I didn't think to check it and let it cool. I could only eat the edges, which was ok.
