Mexican Bean and Rice Salad

I made this for a family gathering and it turned out really well.. I only used one jalapeno and I did use 2 limes other then that no changes. Everyone loved it and it worked well being gluten free also!

Slow Cooker Stuffing

LOVED IT!!! I read the other comments about the broth... I used only about a cup and a half of the broth and thought I would put more in later if it needed it and it didn't. I also mixed in the stuffing from the turkey.
