Magic Cookie Bars from EAGLE BRAND®

Reviewed: Mar. 7, 2009
Love this treat. I put the the chips down, then the nuts, then coconut, and do the condensed milk last. And as others have said, mix the graham cracker crumbs with the melted butter and pat down.

Good Old Fashioned Pancakes

Reviewed: Apr. 3, 2010
Best pancakes. I added about .5 teaspoon of vanilla and I did sift dry ingredients twice. Will never go back to the store/box stuff.

Amazingly Good Eggnog

Reviewed: Dec. 24, 2011
I have always hated egg nog. I like this. I whipped the egg whites to peaks and added to the egg nog and used heavy cream because that is how my grandmother made it. I did not add the rum and replaced the cloves with all-spice. I used a thermometer when cooking the milk-yolks mix so the temp would not get above 165 F.

Whipped Cream

Reviewed: Jul. 17, 2011
Doubled the sugar and added a few more drops of vanilla. I might try regular sugar next time as I don't remember my grandmother using powedered sugar.

Old Fashioned Potato Salad

Reviewed: Jul. 3, 2015
My friend suggested I try this for something different and the family was not thrilled with the change from "grandma's" recipe. It works much better if you mix the mustard and mayo together before adding the eggs and potatoes. I also skipped the relish and pepper, but did add some dill pickle juice.
