All-Day Apple Butter

*No need to peel. Quarter the cored apples ( I use an apple corer, cook in crockpot according to recipe, then buzz the apples with a hand blender. You have very smooth apple butter with no work! Great recipe!

I can't believe how great these are. Dipped in Ghiradelli choc w/ sm. amt of shortening added.One tsp. vanilla flavoring added to the fondant and a 2 tblsp of the cherry juice.

I used Butter flavored Crisco and after fold-over kneading 4-5 times just patted it out into a rectangle and cut square scone style biscuits with a large knive. A delicious recipe.

Cream Cheese Penguins

Made these for New Year's Eve and used all jumbo olives ( because I didn't have the small) They were gone in sixty seconds and I had to fignt them off to even get a photo.. soooo cute!Also just used some California garlic salt in the cream cheese and they were a major hit!
