Greek Pasta Salad III
Terrific! I made this with orzo (that's what I had on hand) and added some fresh chopped spinach and arugula. I cut the red wine vinegar and olive oil in hald, but that's just personal preference. This was a big hit!

Delicious! As others said, I added a bit of sugar to the yeast and water and also a 1/2 tsp baking soda to the recipe. I used a non-stick, grill-style pan on the stove top. Only needed a minute and a half at medium heat per side. Great recipe!!
