Almond Strawberry Salad

Reviewed: Mar. 31, 2009
Lovely, made it for a dinner party and a pot luck and it was a huge hit at both. While I have made it with baby spinach, I prefer using Mache, which is delicate and light, perfect for spring and summer.

Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style

Reviewed: Apr. 11, 2009
Delicious, this was the first time I have ever made a roast chicken, it turned out great, it was falling off the bone so it made it easy to cut up. There were a few spices I didn't have so I just substituted some poultry seasoning, and let it sit overnight in the fridge. Will make again!

Peanut Butter Cup Cookies

Reviewed: Feb. 26, 2010
Easy and delicious! I followed the recipe exactly except that I made them on a cookie sheet as I don't own a mini muffin pan. They came out great and I brought them to a potluck at work were they were snapped up quickly. Everyone loved them

Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins

Very yummy, and very easy to make. I used a non fat vanilla yogurt and cut the oil down to 1/3, and they turned out lovely.

Yummy, I left out the celery as I'm not a fan, and it turned out to be a great salad, the almonds make the dish

Grilled Asian Chicken

Reviewed: Feb. 26, 2010
Its quick and it tastes great! I did find it just a tad salty, but I think with a low sodium soy sauce it will be a 5 star quick dinner
