About this Cook
My favorite things to cook
I absolutely love variety and Ethnic foods, and the spicier the better! Thai Chilies ( bird eye chilies)are my all time favorite spicy chili, as well I love serrano chilies. I prefer my spicy to be flavorful hotness not just so hot that you cannot enjoy any of the other flavor within the dish. Bird eye chilies tend to accommodate the flavor and the hotter the dish becomes the more flavor comes out from the other ingredients and vegetables. A similar reaction I love from the Serrano Peppers as well. Very hot but not stupid hot :) My preferred dishes are either Thai, Indian, Mediterranean, Mexican, Italian and of course down home Southern Cookin'
My favorite family cooking traditions
Soup Beans, Cornbread, collard green, and hot peppers

Easy Garlic Ginger Chicken
We made this recipe last night. The only comments we had about it were "Wow, too much lime, and not enough ginger" I highly recommend only using 2 limes 4 make this meal far to lime tasting and it over powered the other ingredients. We will definitely make this again using only 2 limes, a little more ginger, and another clove of garlic.
