Pork Steaks

I changed this a little; I used the recipe and marinated the pork steaks for 8 hours. I then grilled them, pouring the extra marinade over them until it was gone. EXCELLENT flavoring! I'll definitely be making them again, soon!

Grilled Honey-Soy Pork Steaks

I marinaded our steaks for almost 6 hours, plus had pierced the marinade into them and felt they lacked a good, strong flavor. I'm thinking next time I'm going to add some pineapple chunks and juice with it.

Tater Tot Casserole

I can honestly say I have never been a fan of Tater Tot Casseroles, but my 3 guys have. After trying this one, we'll be having it more often!! I did change a few things up; I added a cup of corn and then, topped it with a cup of cheddar cheese and a cup of cornflakes. We loved the added flavor!

Hasselback Potatoes

We absolutely loved these!! I did make a couple small modifications, but I'm sure they would have been great as the recipe states. When I sprinkled the S&P, I also sprinkled on a little fresh parsley and garlic powder. Looking forward to trying these on the grill this summer!!

I will have to say I was very skeptical of this recipe, since there is so much sugar in it. Well, my reservations were diminished after I tasted it!! I'll definitely be changing the recipe I use, to this one!! THANK YOU!!

Yummy Blueberry Cobbler

WOW!! I made the recipe as it calls for, except I used frozen blueberries, thus lessening the amount of water to 1/2 a cup. It was WONDERFUL!! We topped it with vanilla bean ice cream! :) I'll definitely be making this again soon, using other berries, too!

Shrimp Salsa

This is definitely a keeper!! I've tried making my own ceviche before, without any luck. This is the closest to it yet!!! The only thing I'd do is cut back on the salt. Just seemed a little too much for our liking. THANKS for such a great recipe!!

Strawberry Spinach Salad I

INCREDIBLE!!! I was very skeptical of the strawberries in this recipe, maybe adding a little too much sweetness wit the sugar. BOY WAS I WRONG!! I cut the sugar in 1/2 and both my husband and I agree, it was sweet enough for us (our strawberries were very sweet!). I'll definitely be making this again, soon with a grilled chicken breast split between the two salads to round-out a meal!

Caramel Macchiato Cheesecake

This is the absolute BEST cheesecake ever!!!! I made it tonight for Christmas Eve and everyone asked for seconds!!!!! It's not too rich, like others I've had with the caramel. I'll definitely be using this recipe again soon! THANKS!!

Italian Breaded Pork Chops

We absolutely LOVED these!! I used pork steaks, since we don't really care for pork chops and, I used 1/4 cup Parmesan and 1/4 cup Romano cheese, as it's what I had on hand. The flavors all popped in this....especially loved the garlic in it!! I can't wait to make these again!

Crab Stuffed Chicken Breasts

We enjoyed these, but felt the white cream sauce was really lacking in flavor. The stuffing was fantastic!! I used Old Bay, as others suggested to give it more of a crab cake flavor, also. I'll give this recipe another try, using clam broth as another suggested.

Roasted Pork Loin

EXCELLENT!! I used leftover mashed potatoes from Thanksgiving. I added a little bit of fresh chives for a little onion flavoring. My guys went C.R.A.Z.Y. over them!! Thanks for such a great recipe!

Chicken Marsala

My family LOVED this recipe! It had a wonderful, restaurant quality taste! I followed the recipe, but also added 1/4 cup of heavy whipping cream with the marsala/sherry. I cannot wait to serve this to company! Thanks for a great recipe!

Yummy Honey Chicken Kabobs

WONDERFUL flavoring!! I did not have time to marinate them, so I baked them at 350 for about 20 minutes. Every 5 minutes I rotated them and you'd never know that hadn't been marinated! I cannot wait to make these again!
