Easy Slow Cooker French Dip

EXCELLENT flavors! I did not have French onion soup, so I used a French onion soup packet along with another 2 cups of broth. I also added a tsp of rosemary to it. We topped these with sautéed portabella's, onions and mozzarella cheese! DEFINITELY will be making these again!

My Kid's Favorite Pork Chops

These were SO tasty! I used a sweet Amish bbq and Montreal Steak seasoning, and then baked them at 300 degrees for 30 minutes. They were cooked absolutely perfect.....SO tender. I'll definitely be making them again soon!

Burgundy Roast Beef

While this recipe had a good concept going of cooking it slowly (I did 3 1/2 hours, so it was medium-rare), it really lacked in the flavor. I think some thyme and salt would really kick it up a notch.

Apple Pie Filling

I have to say, I'm impressed! This was the first time making a pie filling that was to be frozen. I froze them for about a month and just opened one today. I loved how thick the filling was, with just the right amount of apples. I used a crumb topping on this and it was TO.DIE.FOR!! I'll definitely be saving this, as we own an orchard and always have an abundance of apples! THANKS for such a great recipe, that's easy!

Simple Grilled Lamb Chops

This were simply FANTASTIC! I marinated them for almost 2 hours and discarded the marinate juices, but kept the onions. I caramelized them, as another review said. They were excellent!!! Cannot wait to make these again!

Stuffed Zucchini

We really enjoyed this stuffed zucchini. I did grill the zucchini for about 10 minutes before I stuffed it, just to soften it a bit, as I had browned the sausage beforehand as others stated. It offered a wonderful flavor! While we liked it as the recipe states, I think next time I will add roasted red peppers to it and maybe some fresh mozzarella on top. The shredded mozzarella seemed a little dry to us, and I think it had to do with the bread crumb combination. We'll definitely make it again though!

Baked Pork Chops I

Great flavor on these pork chops! I did add a little bit of sage to the mushroom soup mix and I only cooked them for 30 minutes the first time and 15 minutes the second time. They were perfectly moist!

Slow Cooker Carnitas

I had never heard of carnita up until finding this recipe! I will say I was skeptical of what I thought was a mexican type dish cinnamon in it. BOY, was I wrong! I made used a 6 lb pork shoulder roast and my guys were begging for more! I cannot wait to make this again, along with the homemade pico de gallo. INCREDIBLE!

Freezer Peach Pie Filling

This recipe is absolutely INCREDIBLE!! Incredible in taste and incredible in being so simple! The only thing that I would change would be to add more peaches. I just felt it was more gel (after the tapioca melts down) than actual fruit. I'll definitely double it next time. Otherwise, taste is excellent!!

Pineapple Grilled Pork Chops

EXCELLENT!! We loved the marinade flavor, as it was not too sweet like others we've tried. I did keep the pineapple and grilled it, which add a wonderful accompaniment to the chops. Will definitely be making this again!

VELVEETA® Down-Home Macaroni and Cheese

This recipe is definitely a good starting base. As others have said, it needs less flour, more milk and more Velveeta. I love the suggestion of adding jalapenos! I'll make this again, with the changes!

Red Broccoli Salad

I've tried a lot of broccoli salad recipes. Each one has had their own "secret" ingredient. We really enjoyed this one, with the grapes being the different ingredient for us. It lended the sweet/sour flavoring with an extra sweet side with the grapes. I'll definitely be making this one again!
