Prosciutto Wrapped Asparagus
This was fabulous!...I used thin ham because I was making it for 20 people. It was great hot and at room temperature. Looked very elegant, too.Everyone raved. I think next time I make it, I may flavor the cream cheese a little. Delicious!!

Baked Beef Stew
Have to admit, I was a little skeptical of baking a stew. This was delicious! I added another can of tomatoes (drained). The tapioca did a great job of slightly thickening the stew. We loved this recipe and have made it many times!

Fried Rice with Cilantro
My family loved this. We don't care for fish sauce, so we substitute hoisin sauce. We also love cilantro, so usually double it. Have made it with chicken, shrimp and leftover pork chops. Very good!
