The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies

Perfect! But only when you add more milk; 2 tsp of milk is not enough. You'll probably need 4-5. If it called for more milk, 5 stars!

Best Peanut Butter Cookies Ever

I admit I was skeptical with these! I halved the recipe because I didn't have enough ingredients, but WOW! They really are the best ever! I love a chewy cookie and these were chewy centers, crispy outsides! Thanks for the great recipe!

Eclairs II

I made this for the first time and loved it. A couple suggestions though---DO NOT open the oven to peek in for the first 15 minutes. They will collapse if you do. 2nd, use a mixer to beat the eggs. It is imperative you mix eggs ONE at a time...don't try and rush that step. Third if you don't like the idea of heavy cream just mix light Cool Whip with the vanilla pudding! (I would have given this 5 stars had the recipe specified poking holes in to keep them from getting soggy and not opening the oven so they don't collapse)

Cake Balls

These were decent. I made strawberry with strawberry frosting, then dipped them in white chocolate. Waaaaay too moist (I let the cake cook before smashing it up and didn't use the whole thing of frosting) and sickeningly sweet.

Italian Spaghetti Sauce with Meatballs

Great recipe! I would give the meatballs alone 5 stars; the sauce 3 because it was bland. To make it 5-star, I added more spices and seasonings to the sauce as it was cooking. (crushed red pepper and basil and oregano) I also cooked the meatballs in the oven at 350 for about 30 minutes before adding them to the sauce; otherwise it was much too greasy. Delicious!

Adrienne's Cucumber Salad

Pretty good! A little sweeter than what I was looking for. Next time I will probably use apple cider vinegar and cut the sugar substantially. All in all though a good, simple salad! (Give it plenty of time to chill!)

Easy Lemon Cookies

Great recipe! I didn't want to buy lemon extract so I used about 1.5 tsp of lemon juice. I did half of it just like the recipe; the other half, I made a simple lemon glaze with powdered sugar, butter, lemon zest, and some lemon juice then drizzled it over the top, and with the icing instead of powdered sugar, they were absolutely amazing and disappeared!

New Red Potato Salad

As is, this is OK. I found it to be pretty bland, personally. But with these modifications, it was great!! I mixed some grey poupon in with the mayo mixture and added dill and a little garlic salt to give it the kick it seemed to be missing.
