I love the recipe but I did change a few things. Instead of the flour I used whipping cream. This helped bring down the acidity in the balsamic vineagar. I also added porcini mushrooms to the mix and it gave the meal a very aromatic and flavorful taste. This chicken dinner turned out great. I served it on a bed of brown rice and asparagus to lend some color. A must try.
