Millet Delight

We made it this morning and LOVED it! I made substitutions based on what I had and halved the recipe, but it was great and I'll definitely make it again. My changes were rice milk instead of soy powder and dried cranberries instead of dates. It surprised me how sweet it was without adding additional sugar to it.

Apple Cranberry Bread

Loved this bread! Made a few modifications: replaced eggs with pureed peach babyfood (daughter is allergic to eggs) and used all whole wheat flour. Also added a little vanilla. Considered adding milk like a few reviewers did, but changed my mind and it was perfect without added liquid. The dough is deceivingly thick but was wonderful once cooked. Keeper!
