Penuche Sugar Fudge

Came out very dry and crumbly and i took it off the stove at the soft ball stage.. the texture was gritty.and the flavor was not what I was expecting.. and didnt have a Fudgy texture.

I was craving these the day before yesterday,, and I tried to call my mom to get the recipe but then I found them on this site and all the ingredients were as I remebered.. I did them the was We did them as a kid.. after the mixture is completley blended and cooked pour hot mixture in a pie pan.. and then coat your hands with butter to prevent sticking and burning yourself and dive into the hot mixture rolling the balls and then immediatley putting them in chocolate sprinkles.. I did it myself ( though i remeber begina kid helping my mom make them) she would roll them hot and thow them in the sprinkles and us kids would roll them in the sprinkles.. I think they stick to the candy better if they are as hot as can be,.. If you can recruit someone to be designated as the sprinkler then i think it would be easier than if you did them yourself.. anyway,.. they are delish and still soft from the fridge :)

Creamy Rice Pudding

The only thing i did different is seperate the egg yolk and white.. I mixed the yolk in first and then I beat the egg white until stiff peaks formed then I folded the stiff egg whites at the end.(last 3 mins on cooking stage). it make the rice pudding much more creamy. and light.

Whippee Ripple Strawberry Cake

I dont get it.. why not just buy the strawberry Box cake mix and make according to package.. and the just frost with canned strawberry frosting.. and be done with it this is a strange recipe..

Corn Dog Casserole

It was just Alright,, I sounded better than I thought it tasted.. I figured lets try it.. I used everthing except the sage... ( i didnt have any) and when I cut into it. it kinda tasted bland.. I wont be making this dish again... :(
