Easy Curry Couscous

Reviewed: Apr. 21, 2010
Very good! I didn't have cilantro or raisins so I used green onions and peas instead. I will definitely be using this recipe again!

Peanut Butter Noodles

Reviewed: Dec. 2, 2009
I really enjoyed this recipe. The first time I made it I followed it to the T .. I thought it was 3.5 stars as is .. I have since tweaked the recipe (don't hate me..it's bound to happen) adding 6 chili peppers and chili flakes..can you tell I like it hot? I know this would be disgusting for most, but for the people who like it HOT, try it this way. I also added julienned carrots. YUMMY :)

Savory Chicken Breasts

Reviewed: Nov. 11, 2009
Wowsers! Just made this for me and my sweetie..so delicious! The only substitution I made was cream of celery instead of cream of chicken. I cooked it exactly as stated, 55 minutes total. It turned out SUPER moist and flavourful. I cannot wait to try this recipe with different spices and stuffing as a topping instead of the breadcrumbs as mentioned in previous reviews..MMMM can't wait to make it/eat it again..

Cake Balls

Reviewed: Nov. 6, 2009
I followed the directions for the most part. I used 1/2 a can of frosting. These were way too time consuming and not that great. The inside was so mushy.. it reminded me of thick cake batter. I tried freezing them afterward, hoping it would somehow help..No luck.

World's Best Lasagna

Reviewed: Nov. 6, 2009
This truly is the best lasagna.. I have followed the recipe to the T and have substituted the ricotta cheese for cottage cheese and it always turns out great!

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

Reviewed: Nov. 6, 2009
These cookies are amazing! I have made them dozens of times and always get asked for the recipe. It is very flexible as well. I usually adjust the sugar (both brown and white) and always use about 1/2 the amount of chocolate chips. They taste great as is or with the minor adjustments I make..Try them..NOW :) Just be prepared to be bombarded with requests to make them again!! Enjoy!

Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

Reviewed: Apr. 20, 2009
Delicious recipe! I revised it a little: I added about 300 ml of beer and 100 ml water (I have a huge slow cooker and was afraid the pork would dry out with only 1 can of root beer) I also cooked it with onions and garlic for flavour and discarded them with the root beer after cooking on low for 10h. Will definitely make this recipe again.
