Reviewed: Jan. 31, 2010
Very good and moist. This is the only banana bread recipe I use.

Italian Potato Salad

Reviewed: Jan. 31, 2010
I only used this as a guideline of what to do with potato salad instead of using mustard/mayo. My familiy is very comfort-food traditional in their meal choices, but my dad loved this and requested it again!

Whole Wheat and Nuts Muffins

Reviewed: Jun. 14, 2009
Love it! I used soy milk, added fresh blueberries cuz I wanted some fruit, 1/8 cup water to make it a bit fluffier, and 1.5 c wheat flour and 1/2 c white flour. I also didn't have nutmeg, so I used cinnamon. So good! Makes a little more than 12 muffins, probably more like 14 or 15. Does taste somewhat wheaty with my variation, but I like it that way on a healthier note.

Pasta with Arugula Pesto

Reviewed: May 25, 2009
Tasted okay, but had a very strong arugala taste which was almost overwhelming.

Spinach Crescents

Reviewed: May 25, 2009
It tasted good, but It turned out that I had too much filling for the 8 crescent rolls. They ended up too fat and didn't cook that well because of it. I agree with above review to have extra crescent rolls available.

Cream Cheese Frosting II

Reviewed: Apr. 19, 2009
Very good!! I put this frosting on just about any kind of dessert: cupcakes, chocolate cake, angel food cake with strawberries! I love the fact that this is not as sweet as some frostings, too!

Angie's Perfect Dinner Rolls

Reviewed: Mar. 6, 2009
The very first time I made any sort of bread I used this recipe. It turned out amazing!! I have now used this recipe tons of times and it is always great!! For home, I usually half this recipe because it does make so much bread but for holidays I make the whole amount. Great every time! A good addition: Before you get ready to form your rolls, knead in two teaspoons of minced garlic and some onion salt.
