THANK YOU for posting this recipe. I had a get together this weekend, and these were a HUGE hit. I wished I would have made more. I did not use the celery or cheddar (I forgot) but I did add some diced pickled jalepenos. YUM YUM YUM

Easy Lima Beans

Made this and it was AWESOME!!! Did not have much onion, but did have some pearl onion in the freezer. I will always cook the dish that way. Very tasty and easy dish, thank you!!!

Japanese-Style Sesame Green Beans

These were wonderful, using fresh green beans make it extra special. I did blanche them first, and they were just spectacular. I would go to a Buffet just for these beans and now I so happy I can do them myself. Toasted sesame seeds are awesome served with this flavorful side dish!!!

Easy Tilapia with Wine and Tomatoes

This was wonderful and super easy!! I wowed all of my guests with this little number . I added capers, and did not have basil leaves so I sprinkeld it with Italian seasoning. Tasted GREAT, thanks for this recipe!

Homemade Black Bean Veggie Burgers

OMG this was amazing!! Even my 9 year old nephew asked for seconds. Topped it with baby bella mushrooms, marinated in the same mixture as the Portobello Mushroom Burgers recipe, and grilled onions. I am the only pescatarian in the house, but now we have a strictly veggie dinner night, since I made these!!!

Forget a meaty hamburger, this was AMAZING!!! You will wow any carnivore with this little number. I use this marinade pretty much anytime I use mushrooms! I LOVE IT!!

Golden Brown Ravioli with Sauce

Tried this out on my boyfriend and his 3 year old son, WE ALL LOVED THEM. The little one and daddy as seconds! I used a semi-homemade marinara sauce from another site, and I use Panko Bread but this was awesome! I am not one for frying but I have always loved this appetizer in restaurants. Will make this one again and again!!!!

Stewed Tomatoes with Dumplings

I really enjoyed this, the BF would not try it because I added Morning Star crumbles to it. I also followed another reviewers advice and added garlic, Italian seasoning, and a little parmesan. Also I used cheddar biscuit mix, because that was all my Target had at the time. Great recipe :)

Cabbage with Portobello Mushrooms

LOVE this recipe! There were no leftovers although it was only my sister and I that ate the dish. I made it last week and will be making it again this week. Might just have to double the portions to make sure I have leftovers! Thank you for this recipe!

Mediterranean Baked Fish

This was AWESOME, loved the fresh herbs I did add capers and Kalamata olives and used Tilapia as well, but other than that kept everything the same. This is offically a staple for me, thank you for the great recipe!
