Fruit Ball

I made this the night before a luncheon at work. It was very quick and easy to make. I served it in a dish instead of rolling it into a ball. Went great with Wheat Thin crackers.

Inside Out Stuffed Peppers

Quick and easy dish. I omitted the corn and used brown rice. The tomato sauce did make the sausage taste a little like a hot dog. I may add something to the sauce if I try this recipe again.

These pancakes tasted a lot like French toast and were pretty good. However, because the batter was so thick, the pankcakes were hard to flip and didn't turn out looking very appealing. Not so sure I will try this one again.

Potato Pancakes II

These pancakes were good, but extremely messy to make. I had a lot of trouble flipping them in the pan. I may try this recipe again and make some modifications.

Whole Wheat Refrigerator Rolls

I took a suggestion from another reviewer and shaped the dough into balls and put in my freezer. When I was ready for the rolls, I let them rise for about 5 hours. Next time, I will let them rise a little longer because they weren't very fluffy. However they still tasted great!

Laura's Unbelievable Chicken and Pasta

I made a few substitutions using what I had on hand after reading the other reviews. It turned out very good. My husband didn't even complain about the spinach! Great recipe that is easily adjusted for your family's tastes.
