Blue Cheese, Bacon and Chive Stuffed Pork Chops
The blue cheese was very over powering. If you don't absolutely LOVE blue cheese then this recipe is NOT for you. Over all the recipe was just okay... most likely will never make this again.

Feta Cheese Turkey Burgers
I have never had turkey burgers before today and these were great!!! I substituted black olives because of the price difference and added some garlic powder... also just a little bit of chicken stock. I let it sit for around an hour. I will definitely be making these again.
