I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN ABLE TO COOK MANY THINGS,COMPLICATED THINGS,BUT ONE OF THE MOST SIMPLE THINGS,A GRILLED CHEESE SANDWICH I ALWAYS MESSED UP...I CAN NOW FINALLY MAKE A PERFECTLY TOASTED GRILLED CHEESE SANDWICH!
My cooking tragedies
I WAS USING A CHEAP SOUP POT AND RUINED A WHOLE POT OF SOUP BECAUSE THE BOTTOM BURNED AND THE SOUP TASTED BURNED AS WELL...NEEDLESS TO SAY I LEARNED MY LESSON...TO ONLY USE GOOD POTS AND PANS!!

Perfect Sushi Rice
great sushi rice recipe,the only thig I changed was the vinegar not the amount but I used falvored rice vinegar,the roasted garlic one for added flavor and everyone that has tried it loves it,even the ones that said they don't like sushi esp. my husband who at once said he didn't think sushi had much flavor (when he tried it when I ordered it out)but with the flavored rice vinegar he loves it and even comes home from work asking for it!

California Roll Sushi
I HAVE MADE THIS ABOUT 3 OR 4 TIMES NOW AND IT'S GREAT,THE ONLY THING I DID DIFFERENT WAS INSTEAD OF PLAIN RICE VINEGAR I USED SEASONED RICE VINEGAR(B/C THAT'S ALL I HAD) AND I AM GLAD I DID, IT WAS A HIT WITH MY HUSBAND WHO HAS TRIED MINE WHEN I ORDER IT WHEN WE GO OUT AND DOESN'T USUALLY LIKE SUSHI,NOW HE HAS COME HOME TWICE IN ONE WEEK ASKING ME TO MAKE MORE!

World's Best Lasagna
My family and I loved this,I have even been making the sauce for spaghetti and it's wonderful there as well,the only this is i thing it is a little on the salty side,with the sausage in it you prob don't even need to add any extra but def not a tablespoon other than that well worth the time to make it,plus if you make the sauce for spaghetti like i do then you can freeze 1/2 of the sauce for your next spaghetti night!
