These were a big hit for brunch with my family. Like another reviewer I scrambled the eggs because once I toasted the bread cups and added the meat they weren't tall enough to hold an entire egg. I made some with bacon and others with sausage and swiss cheese. They came out fantastic! They were gobbled up faster than the danish and fruit I served!

Cajun Shrimp

Very tasty and easy to make. I served it with some dirty rice and green beans. It was a great weeknight meal! Fast and easy.

Arrachera (Skirt Steak Taco Filling)

This was great! I couldn't find skirt steak, so I used a london broil instead. Since it's winter, I broiled the steak about 6 or 7 mins. per side, so it was still a little pink in the very center. I sliced it thin on the bias, and it was amazing! Definitely a keeper!

Crumb Topping for Pies

I love this topping. It is so easy to make. I suggest melting the butter first to make the crumbs more pliable.

Zesty Grilled Chops

These pork chops were sooooo tender! I used real garlic instead of garlic powder, but other than that I followed the recipe. I will definitely be making these again!
