I made these this morning, because the recipe was simple. I used only 1/2 cup of sugar, 1/3 melted unsalted butter instead of oil, and 1/3 amount of the flour whole wheat. I didn't use any extra milk, so my batter was really very stiff, plus frozen blueberries. 3 tbsp sugar, to 2 tbsp whole wheat flour to 2 tbsp butter made more than enough crumble top. Used regular metal pan, sprayed generously with Pam, popped out easily and intact. They were excellent, 12 regular sized muffins that were devoured straight out of the oven by the family with butter.
