Simple Whole Wheat Bread
I really liked this recipe! I have been looking for a handmade bread recipe (I like to knead dough!) that would yield a soft but yeasty tasting bread and this is it! I made three minor adjustments, already recommended by many, adding some vital wheat gluten, about 5 tbsp, olive oil instead of butter and switched up the ratio of white to ww flour, 5 cups of ww and 3 cups of white. Other than that I followed the directions of the original recipe. It is very yummy, was an easy to work with dough, it cooperated with two good rises, even though my yeast had to have been not so fresh. I can see modifying this recipe even further, quite easily, adding flax or chia seeds, etc. This is a very easy to make, follow and enjoy bread recipe!

Quick and Easy Pizza Crust
The only thing I do is let it rise. With even a half hour you can get a bit of a rise out of it, and I can get two thin crust pizzas that taste divine! It's now my go to recipe, and I even mix it up a bit with 50% whole wheat, just to make myself feel better about eating pizza!

To Die For Blueberry Muffins
I made these this morning, because the recipe was simple. I used only 1/2 cup of sugar, 1/3 melted unsalted butter instead of oil, and 1/3 amount of the flour whole wheat. I didn't use any extra milk, so my batter was really very stiff, plus frozen blueberries. 3 tbsp sugar, to 2 tbsp whole wheat flour to 2 tbsp butter made more than enough crumble top. Used regular metal pan, sprayed generously with Pam, popped out easily and intact. They were excellent, 12 regular sized muffins that were devoured straight out of the oven by the family with butter. Thanks for an easy to follow recipe!
