Simple Sweet and Spicy Chicken Wraps

Reviewed: Jan. 2, 2010
easy to make and tasty recipe! we bought garlic-pesto tortillas and it enhanced the flavor. also seems hard to mess up (as we accidentally only put 1/2 cup of the salsa instead of the whole cup). everyone wanted seconds!

Naan

This is the best recipe ever! I make it all the time, even when I can't remember the exact measurements and it always turns out well. Big crowd pleaser!

Very, very tasty dish! Easy to make and my dad even liked it (he's pretty fussy).

Cheesy Baked Potatoes

Reviewed: Aug. 30, 2009
Pretty good recipe, it definitely impresses people more than your average baked potato. The only problem was that it was too dry, and I couldn't figure a way around it.

Banana Muffins II

Reviewed: Aug. 30, 2009
Substituted applesauce for the butter, used 100% www instead, and cut down the sugar to 1/2 a cup -- turned out great, and I don't even have to feel too guilty about eating them! They did stick to the muffin cups though, so I have to find a way around that. Also, added cinnamon and vanilla to boost the taste.

White Chip Chocolate Cookies

Reviewed: Apr. 11, 2009
A definite crowd pleaser, and very hard to mess up! Made them according to this recipe and they turned out very tasty, then I made a batch using half brown sugar half white sugar and all whole wheat flour and no one could tell the difference. Very impressive looking too!

Authentic Mexican Tortillas

Reviewed: Apr. 11, 2009
Not sure what I did, but it ended up being much more pastry than tortilla! Really flaky and crumbly, I couldn't actually wrap anything in it without it breaking apart. However, they were very tasty anyway.

Potato Curry

Reviewed: Apr. 11, 2009
This is a wonderful mild curry! Very creamy and filling. Added some chicken when I put in the peas and it turned out great. Can't wait to make it again. Also, I didn't know how to make ghee, so I just used butter -- didn't have any adverse effects that I'm aware of.
