Albondigas

Delicious! I added some things to suit my own taste and the result was a very satisfying hearty soup. I added some chick peas, red lentils, corn, cumin and cayenne pepper. Maybe my additions ruined the authenticity of this recipe, but they sure made my husband want more.

Janine's Best Banana Bread

Delicious banana bread! I used some other peoples suggestions and used 2 eggs instead of one. I added some chocolate chips (thats what my grandma always did) and I used 4 normal sized bananas because 3 wasnt enough. The result = the best banana bread I've ever had. And for looks I sprinkled powdered sugar on the finished bread. I will definately be passing this recipe on to my friends :)

Beef Stroganoff III

I skipped the wine and added more broth and it was delicious! Will definately make it again!
