This was a really good base, but incredibly bland as written. Next time i will add some kind of spices. Salt in particular is sorely lacking.

Spicy Avocado Chicken

We loved this. I used half of a yellow onion instead of a whole red and used just over half of the lime juice, but otherwise followed exactly. Will make again!

Marinated Baked Pork Chops

This was an excellent standard pork chop. I used the full marinade for only 4 pork chops and substituted 1 TBSP of molasses for 1 TBSP of brown sugar (2 TBSP sounded way too sweet) and they were great. Also, I baked them covered for the first 30 min and uncovered for the last 30.

Easy Chicken Enchilada Crescent Bake

I liked the combo for the stuffing, but I found the crescent rolls to be too strong a flavor and they overpowered the stuffing. They were much better when I emptied an extra can of enchilada sauce on it. I had already increased the amount of sauce because I added a drained can of mexicorn to the chicken mix.

The Best Meatloaf I've Ever Made

Something tasted not quite right here, although I believe this is simply my palate and not the recipe. I ordinarily use ketchup instead of tomato sauce in my meatloaf and believe that is what I didn't like here.

Mushroom Chicken Piccata

This was alright. The flavor was enjoyable, but I did add a few things just because the original recipe sounded bland. I added extra onion as well as fresh garlic, black pepper, and Italian seasoning. I was not amazed, but with these additions I might have rated it better except that, as another reviewer indicated, the sauce did not reduce and I ended up with a soupy mess.

Cheesy Buffalo Chicken Lasagna

This was pretty darn good! My only issue was that my noodles were a little overchewy the night I made it. Problem is (as is always with lasagna) they were perfect the next day so perhaps I should just let it sit longer!

Moroccan Lentil Soup

I loved this. My husband wasn't crazy about it, but I knew it was a stretch for him with this combination of flavors before I made it. I made the recipe as is, except I doubled the carrots, celery, and cayenne pepper. Next time I might add even more carrots and celery.

Made as is and they were awesome! Make sure you use the broiler pan as the directions state. If you use a baking sheet they will be sitting in grease.

Chicken with Chipotle Cheese Sauce

This was very good. I used about a tablespoon of chipotle tabasco sauce instead of the dried chipotle powder, but other than that followed the recipe exactly. Served with southwest hashbrowns, which worked well.
