This was really delicious and yummy. I cut down a bit on the spice (just a pinch of red pepper) for personal preference and used a pre-frozen, deveined and headless shrimp package. Usually I like to use fresh shrimp for cooking but since this recipe has so much flavor from the sauce, it really doesn't matter. Make sure to use large shrimps if you can, otherwise cooking it with the sauce can cause it to pretty much disintegrate. I also recommend that you thicken it up with a slurry of cornstarch if you want to put some sauce on rice. Stir-frying or steaming some green vegetables to mix in with it is a great idea too. Otherwise, the flavors are great! Definitely a keeper for my arsenal of easy meals.
