Basil Tomato Soup

Tasted delicious. I may use a hand blender next time to make it smoother. Flavor was amazing though.

Amazingly Easy Irish Soda Bread

Very easy and very delicious. I didnt have to let it rise or anything. It was gone from the bowl as soon as I put it on the table!

Glazed Mint Brownies

The glaze on the brownies was really good, and it looked really pretty, but I wasnt that impressed with the actual brownie part. I might substitute brownie mix next time.

Potato Leek Soup III

This soup was so amazing. I added some extra yellow onions, but I think it would have been amazing either way. Like others, I also added half the butter and half and half instead of heavy cream.
