Southwestern Casserole

Reviewed: Apr. 10, 2011
Used the advice of the red pepper, taco seasoning and corn addition. I also switched out the kidney beans with black beans, and I also used a chipolte veggie bean burger, instead of ground beef. It was very filling, and there are lots of left overs. I would suggest using the seeds of the jalapenos. Also, we used plain yogurt instead of sour cream. Less fat.

Chewy White Chocolate Chip Gingerbread Cookies

Reviewed: Jul. 29, 2010
Tried these out even though it sounds like a Christmas cookie. Brought them to work and two batches were devoured. I would suggest to nix the last step of rolling dough in more sugar, as this cookie is sweet enough to kill a diabetic. Next time I make it, I will cut some sugar. They were pretty tasty.

Blackberry Jam Cake I

Reviewed: Feb. 5, 2010
Pretty Good, but it lacked something. Everyone at work liked it, but I wasn't 100% happy with it. It needed a glaze, to make it a bit more perfected

No Guilt Cheesecake

Reviewed: Feb. 5, 2010
I liked this! I took the advice and waited 48 hours to let the yogurt sit. It came out perfect, but had a bit of spongieness to it. I became inspired and in the process of tweaking the recipe with Strawberry Yogurt, lime juice in place of vanilla, and a bit of salt. Trying to get a Strawberry Margarita Guilt Free Chessecake. Ambitious!

Chocolate Caramel Candy

Reviewed: Feb. 3, 2010
Best treat I have made, up to date, from this site. I used crushed cashews, instead of peanuts. It made it a bit classier. I took the advice of the wax paper and freezing the whole thing before cutting it. Ingenious! EVERYONE loved it, and hated me. I am the reason they are all fat! ;)

Lemonade Pie V

Reviewed: Apr. 1, 2009
Great pie! My friends ate it up so fast, that I couldn't believe that it was 8 servings! I added a pinch of nutmeg to get a good earthy after-taste. I would like to add a little whipped topping on top to make it prettier!

Wasabi Secret Salad

Reviewed: Apr. 1, 2009
Best Salad Ever! My fiends loved it! I didn't add the sesame seeds, which would have perfected it. It doesn't keep well, for the next day, so don't try making enough with leftovers! The Wasabi Peas were tasty with the cherries, who'da ever guess!

Three Words - MORE GUMMY WORMS! My friends love the taste of the gummy worms with each bite. I could only eat one serving, cause I knew that this recipe was 3000 calories with every bite. I will make this dessert next time I hate someone who is skinny!

Chicken Parmesan Casserole

Reviewed: Apr. 1, 2009
This sounded easy, fast, and tasty. I tried it with penne, since the store was out of rotini. The earlier review said to add more sauce, I added a half cup more, could have done a bit more, but I have to remember, this is a casserole. I doubled the reciped, and added 2 tablespoons of italian seasoning. My friends loved it so much, that they begged for the recipe. I'll do it again, but next time I want to add cheese on top for that nice crispy topping. Ooh, I started out with the Wasabi Secret Salad, which was a HUGE hit with this dish!
