Sloppy Joes II
Yummers, We love onion so I added a little extra super finely chopped, used fresh garlic, but other than that made no changes. On mine I added a little hot sauce since I love heat. Great recipe and fantastically easy. The whole family likes this way better than the canned stuff.

Fluffy Pancakes
I have always used a box mix or Bisquick for our Sunday morning pancakes. This past Sunday I found our box of Bisquick was almost empty. I tried this recipe and made a few adjustments and they were the best pancakes ever. I adjusted the recipe for 12 servings. I replaced the vinegar with lemon juice and I added 2 tablespoons of vanilla extract. They were great and my family enjoyed them.

Big Al's K.C. Bar-B-Q Sauce
Love this. Only changes we made were we didn't have enough ketchup, so we used 3 cups of tomato sauce and 1 cup of ketchup. We thought because of this we needed to add something, so why not 1/4 cup 100 proof Southern Comfort. We will never buy bottled sauce again.
