Boilermaker Tailgate Chili
I followed this recipe without any changes. I let it simmer all day, about 7 hours then served and we LOVED it! Even the four picky kids we have! Made plenty for leftovers the next day which I loved! This is a keeper!

Brown Sugar Smokies
Love it, Love it, Love it. I would rate this higher if I could!! I did lay the bacon flat and added brown before I rolled the smokies, then aded the brown sugar on top once they were rolled. I cooked them for a while then turned on broil and flipped them over to make sure they were crispy all the way around. I took them to a memorial day cookout and they were gone within 1/2 hour.

Famous Butter Chicken
I followed the recipe made no changes...(you can't really give a good review if you don't follow the recipe)and thought it was ok. The chicken was very moist, but bland. My 6 year old son loved it, and if I can get him to eat anything I'm lucky. I would make it again, maybe season the chicken next time.
