Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

Reviewed: Apr. 10, 2011
I bought a 3 lb. pork shoulder & cooked it in root beer for 9 hours on low, it was a hit with the family. First time for me & pulled pork, I think next time I will cover the whole pork shoulder instead of just using some of it. I used 1/2 liter so it covered 1/2 of the meat and that half was much more moist. Everyone loved it, and so did I. Yum.

Sicilian Spaghetti

Reviewed: Aug. 8, 2010
If you're used to saucy pasta, this may not be the recipe for you. Although the dish was tasty, I am not used to the 'dry' type pasta. I grilled mild italian sausages along with this dish. I enjoyed it because it was different.

Cajun Pasta Fresca

Reviewed: Jun. 3, 2010
I made this the other night for my partner, who loves Italian food. It was simple to follow. I did add some marinara sauce to the 14 Roma Tomatoes to give me a little more sauce, all in all it was a GREAT night. I used cayenne pepper because I forgot the Cajun spice while I was at the market, I also added HOT Italian sausages. It was fantastic.
