Quinoa Chicken

Reviewed: Sep. 15, 2014
Our entire family demolished this! I had the last minute idea to serve with the option to add tortilla chips and Mexican cheese. This really added to the appeal for the kids. Everyone went for seconds! I also added lime juice as suggested. Put a 4/5 stars to review the actual recipe vs my changes. Thanks for this!!!

Chicken Mango Salsa Salad with Chipotle Lime Vinaigrette

Reviewed: Aug. 19, 2014
I was a little nervous to try this salad and it was definitely time consuming....but WOW it was worth it! Loved it! I kept all the phases (dressing, mango salsa) in separate bowls so the leftovers will stay fresh.

Butter Cake

Reviewed: Nov. 18, 2010
This was pretty dense (As others have said) so it depends on an individual's preferences. My kids like it just fine, and it definitely is the kind of cake that you can actually shape and decorate without it completely falling apart, so great for birthdays.

Peppered Shrimp Alfredo

Reviewed: Nov. 16, 2010
I rated this 5 because it was an awesome dish. However, in my opinion, the 1 tsp Cayenne is way too much..I only put 1/2 tsp and it was still too much.

I made it just like the recipe said, except I used clam juice instead of water. It was amazing!

Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breast

Reviewed: Apr. 20, 2009
This was insanely amazing!! I did what others said and partially cooked the bacon first, as well as lined my pan with aluminum to cut down on mess. My husband and I couldn't believe how well these turned out!

Tasted more like biscuits to me. They were ok, but kind of a disappointment.

Great Twice Baked Potatoes

Reviewed: Apr. 20, 2009
These were great! I think I added more cheese than called for, but we really love cheese. I also omitted the paprika. Didn't really think the tastes would mesh well. I could be wrong though.

YUM~ I actually ended up cooking it but not smashing it. So they were cooked apple cubes. The kids wanted them that way...and it was delicious!

I don't want to rate it bad because it must have been something I did...but mine wouldn't harden! They had a great taste, though

I thought it was amazing! The only thing I changed was the meat...I used 1/2 ground beef and 1/2 ground sausage. It really added a nice flavor

Pasta With Shrimp, Oysters, and Crabmeat

I didn't put oysters in it, and it was amazing!!! Thanks for the recipe!! My brother in law didn't believe me that I made it from scratch. I served it with Red Lobster type cheddar biscuits. Yum!
