This was pretty dense (As others have said) so it depends on an individual's preferences. My kids like it just fine, and it definitely is the kind of cake that you can actually shape and decorate without it completely falling apart, so great for birthdays.

Peppered Shrimp Alfredo

I rated this 5 because it was an awesome dish. However, in my opinion,the 1 tsp Cayenne is way too much..I only put 1/2 tsp and it was still too much.

Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breast

This was insanely amazing!! I did what others said and partially cooked the bacon first, as well as lined my pan with aluminum to cut down on mess. My husband and I couldn't believe how well these turned out!

Great Twice Baked Potatoes

These were great! I think I added more cheese than called for, but we really love cheese. I also omitted the paprika. Didn't really think the tastes would mesh well. I could be wrong though.

YUM~ I actually ended up cooking it but not smashing it. So they were cooked apple cubes. The kids wanted them that way...and it was delicious!

Baked Spaghetti Squash Lasagna Style

I just used canned spaghetti sauce and cooked it in a casserole dish...simplified it for me and was still just awesome!

Pasta With Shrimp, Oysters, and Crabmeat

I didn't put oysters in it, and it was amazing!!! Thanks for the recipe!! My brother in law didn't believe me that I made it from scratch. I served it with Red Lobster type cheddar biscuits. Yum!
