Orange Date Pinwheel Cookies
These cookies are soooo good,almost addictive. I added 1/2 tsp. Nutmeg to the cookie dough portion. It made them extra wonderful. REMINDER>>> The soft dough HAS to be REFRIGERATED ,BEFORE ROLLING. & AGAIN AFTER filling & rolling, in order to slice easily.

Chicken Sauerkraut Potato Bake
This is the best, moistest chicken you can imagine. I have been making this for years & now my children & Grand children are making it too. The only difference in the way I make it is... I use a whole chicken, stuff the sauerkraut inside & around the chicken. Roast it until the chicken is done ( the juice runs clear when poked by the thigh) I serve it with mashed potatoes & mix the sauerkraut in( on my plate) You can;t get any better than this. ALL the flavors blend together to make a wonderful tasting meal.

Hot Pizza Dip
I made this for a party along with several other appetizers. I did it differently though. I diced the perreroni & heated it in the microwave just long enough to loosen the fat. Then wrapped it in a paper towel to absorb it. I didn't layer the ingredients, I just mixed them all together in a bowl & topped with some more cheese & a sprinkle of Italian seasoning. It is much easier to eat that way & looked great. I served it with homemade pita chips. Tortillas are very good with it too.There wasn't a bit of it left & I had several requests for the recipe.
