BAKER'S Easy Chocolate Truffles

I made these on a whim for a Christmas party because I had the ingredients and it looked easy. It's not easy, but actually rather entertaining to make. I personally did not care for them at all, but I was teh ONLY one. Everyone RAVED about them and I have had requests every since. They are very rich, but apparently that's what people like! :)

Hot Bean Dip

This is a GREAT recipe on its own. But I make the refried beans from scratch (not as hard as it sounds, folks) and add a couple ingredients of my own to add spice and flavor; namely, diced tomatoes with green chilies and extra dashes of Green Tobasco. I also overdue the cheese mixed in cuz I love cheese. This is some good stuff and while it does make a lot, I could eat it all myself!!
