Made this the other night. Very delicious. I took the advice of other reveiwers and only used 15oz of Ricotto cheese and next time will use the full amount for this recipe. I did use 15oz of ricotto cheese, mixed with one can of drained spinach, and added italian seasoning. My husband complained that this was too much spinach, however, I think it was just that it was not enough ricotto cheese. I did also layer, sauce, pasta, ricotto mixture, mazzerella, sauce, repeat once more and top with remaining bag of mazzerella and parmesean.
