Cherry Cheesecake Pie

I thought this was good, but too sweet. Next time I'll increase the cream cheese. Also, I only had 1/4 cup lemon juice and the whole 1/2 would probably have helped the overall balance. Nice and quick recipe. I did put in the oven for 15 minutes and it set perfectly.

Slow Cooker Thai Peanut Pork

Wow, I was really surprised that this didn't turn out well after reading all the reviews here. I followed the recipe except I left out the red bell peppers. The pork was dry and the sauce was a little weird and salty. I added a little honey at the end to doctor it up which helped a bit. I don't think I'll make it again.
