Banana Frittata

loved this! made with some changes. used spelt flour. added some cinnamon and vanilla. sliced the bananas in half before slicing again. used brown sugar instead of white. you really have to let it cook til it's pretty set before flipping it. had no problems with flipping it. served with maple syrup. delicious and different!

Zucchini Brownies

Yum! I added 6oz of mini choc chips to the batter and didn't use the icing. It turned out more like a cake than brownies, but it's delicious! This is definitely a keeper!

Sour Cream Apple Pie Deluxe

delicious! I used 1 tsp vanilla and almost 3 cups of apples and added 1/4 tsp nutmeg to the filling. I only used 2 tbsp butter for the topping and it was perfect! rave reviews at work!

Creamy Banana Bread

very delicious! I had no problem putting the layers together to bake, however when I cut it, the layers fell apart. Parts of the cinnamon layer were on both halves though and it still tasted great. rave reviews when I took it to work!

yummy! I used butter instead of shortening, 1 tsp vanilla, added 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice and 1/2 cup nuts instead of the raisins. I didn't sift any of the dry ingredients. absolutely delicious!

Sour Cream Coffee Cake III

Very good, easy cake to make. I doubled the filling/topping, but probably didn't need to. I may add some nutmeg to the cake the next time I make it. Tastes better eaten warm, so I just microwave it for a few seconds. very good!

Cottage Cheese Bread I

Very delicious bread! I made mine on the dough cycle and baked in the oven. I also used olive oil instead of margarine. I made 3 rolls and 1 loaf. I could easily have made 2 loaves as this was a very high riser.

Oat-N-Honey Bread

This a great tasting bread. I took some to work and shared with a co worker and they loved it! I use buttermilk powder instead of real buttermilk (which I never have on hand), 3 tbsp honey and 3 tbsp olive oil. I set the bread machine for the dough cycle, removed from the pan, kneaded lightly and shaped into a loaf. I let it rise for 30-60 mins before baking for 30 mins at 350 degrees. very delicious! thanks!

Stuffed Cabbage Rolls

very good! I added some garlic and basil for extra seasoning. I also used a 28oz can of crushed tomatoes instead of the tomato soup. It was my first time making cabbage rolls and they turned out great! thanks!

Light Oat Bread

Absolutely delicious!! I added a bit more yeast (I love yeasty bread:) and used quick oatmeal instead of rolled oats. I also prepared on the dough cycle, shaped into a loaf and let rise for 30 mins and then baked for 30 mins at 350 deg. Definitely a keeper! thanks!
