Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff I
I made a lot of changes based on reviews. I use following: 2 lbs stew meat, 2 cans golden cream of mushroom, 1 med onion diced, 2 cloves garlic minced, 1 beef bullion, 2T Worcestershire. Sauce, 1 pkt onion soup mix, 1/2 c.-ish beef broth, sliced mushrooms, & 4 oz. cream cheese. Cook 8 hours on low and add cream cheese about 30-60 minutes before serving. I've made this dozens of times and I no longer measure and it always turns out great. Since there is only two of us and I don't want left overs I use 1 lb stew meat, 1 can golden mushroom soup in a smaller crockpot on low for 5-6 hours and everything else the same and it's still good.

Grandma Johnson's Scones
This is a great scone recipe. The only variation was that I used blueberries. I did like someone else recommended and divided my batter in half and did 1/2 blueberries and 1/2 chocolate chips. Use frozen blueberries. They won't smash as easily and be quick once out of the freezer. If making more than one batch put the berries back in the freezer. Looking forward to making them again.

Fantastic recipe. My layers were kind of messy, but still turned out fine. I used about 4 T. of nuts per layer since 2 T. didn't seems like enough. Strongly recommend to cut almost through before cooking. Will use this recipe again and again.
